A summer holiday in Großarl on our idyllic farm offers holidays that are full of opportunities for children to explore rural life and for those who enjoy sports, the mountains and the pristine natural environment. Hobby hikers, families or ambitious alpine enthusiasts can explore a 400 km network of hiking trails, and 40 cosy, rustic alpine huts will offer culinary delights, so the Großarltal valley is famous for its mountain huts for a good reason. Cyclists, mountain bikers and eBikers will have so many routes to choose from like, for example the 6-km long valley route to Hüttschlag or various demanding mountain biking tracks. 

Guests can also join the guided hikes provided by the "Hotel Alte Post", free of charge.

On a family holiday on the farm in the Großarltal valley, kids can look forward to some exciting holidays including a fun time helping out in the stable. Many farm animal residents, a play area with a trampoline and a games room provide plenty of entertainment. The Großarl sports and leisure centre is only 10 minutes’ walk away which also offers numerous attractions including an adventure pool, tennis courts and mini golf and "Rucki Zucki's Gaudialm" adventure playground.
